Weighted mean
Gives the average of a set of values where each value counts according to its weight, so larger weights pull the result closer to that value. It is used when some observations are more important, reliable, or frequent than others.
\bar{x} = \frac{\sum_{i=1}^{n} w_i x_i}{\sum_{i=1}^{n} w_i}What the symbols mean
