Constant acceleration equation

Gives the final velocity of an object moving with constant acceleration after a given time. It is one of the suvat kinematic equations used for uniformly accelerated motion in one dimension.

v = u + at

What the symbols mean

final velocity (m/s)
initial velocity (m/s)
constant acceleration (m/s^2)
time elapsed (s)
