Kinetic energy formula
Gives the kinetic energy of a body of mass m moving at speed v in non-relativistic mechanics. It is used whenever the energy associated with motion of an object needs to be calculated.
T = \frac{1}{2} m v^2What the symbols mean
| kinetic energy (J) | |
| mass of the body (kg) | |
| speed of the body (m/s) |
